RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All underwear, swimwear, tanks, and original Polaroid artwork are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for fit, sizing, preference, or change of mind.
Please review the product description and size guide before ordering. For assistance, email info@dominicalbanocollection.com.
Every garment and original Polaroid is individually inspected before shipment.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, email info@dominicalbanocollection.com within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, the issue, and any damaged packaging.
Please retain the item, tags, and packaging while we review your claim. Do not wash, alter, wear, or otherwise use the item after identifying the issue. Do not return anything without contacting us first.
Claims are reviewed individually. If a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or fulfillment error is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, credit, or refund, subject to applicable law.
Product Variations
Minor variations consistent with the product description—including garment-dyed color, fabric texture, and the appearance of original instant-film photographs—are part of the product’s character. Damage, manufacturing faults, or material differences from the description are reviewed separately.
Payment Disputes
If a payment dispute arises, we may provide relevant order records, delivery information, customer correspondence, and store policies to the payment provider.
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
